- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
- Valid government-issued photo identification with proof of age and expiration date required to obtain a Seneca Players Club card.
- Seneca Players Club membership is free to join.
- Benefits are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and have no cash value.
- Membership is non-transferable and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Seneca Gaming Corporation.
- Limit one membership per person.
- To redeem comps and benefits, Seneca Players Club card and valid government-issued photo identification must be presented.
- Seneca Players Club accounts with no activity (i.e. no point earnings) for 365 consecutive days are subject to deactivation and any unredeemed points, comps or offers may be forfeited, expired and purged any time thereafter.
- Points earned through promotions (i.e. Point Rewards, Point Bonus, Point Multipliers, etc.) cannot be used toward Tier Card qualification or entry into Tournaments, Events or other Promotions.
- It is the member's responsibility to properly insert the Seneca Players Club card into the machine when playing slots. When playing table games, please present your Seneca Players Club card to a dealer to ensure proper rating.
- Management reserves the right to adjust point balances and/or an account/membership status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Seneca Players Club card.
- Qualification for the Chairman's Club and Select Club is based on point accumulation (tier points). Tier points can be earned in a six-month qualification period from March to August and from September to February. Tier Points are reset to zero at the beginning of each qualification period. Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise the qualification at any time without prior notice.
- Chairman's Club, Select Club, and Seneca Players Club member's discounts are valid up to eight (8) guests only.
- Each member is responsible for selecting a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for his or her Seneca Players Club account. Each member must keep this PIN confidential and secure, and is responsible for any activity on his or her account when the account is accessed by using this PIN.
- Seneca Gaming Corporation will collect and use the personal information on a members account for marketing/promotional and other business-related purposes.
- In order to be eligible for Seneca Players Club benefits, direct marketing promotions, incentives, and rewards, members are responsible for notifying Seneca Gaming Corporation of any name, address, phone number or email change(s). Seneca Gaming Corporation is not responsible for lost or misdirected correspondence.
- Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise qualifications for receiving coupons, discounts, offers, points, invitations and complimentaries at any time, without prior notice.
- Seneca Players Club cards remain the property of the Seneca Gaming Corporation. The Seneca Gaming Corporation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Seneca Players Club cards or comps redeemed.
- Seneca Gaming Corporation management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify this program at any time.
- Fraudulent use of the card, including point theft, will result in loss of Seneca Players Club membership and all privileges may be permanently revoked.
- Seneca Gaming Corporation and/or its designee may use names, pictures, and likenesses of members for promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Member's use of the Seneca Players Club card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules and all the terms and conditions of the Seneca Players Club.
- Individuals prohibited from gambling by the Seneca Gaming Authority (SGA) or State Gaming Officials (SGO) will not be eligible to participate in the Seneca Players Club card program.
- Employees of Seneca Gaming Corporation, its advertising agencies and promotional companies shall be ineligible to participate.
- In consideration of, and as a strict condition of individual's participation in this promotion, winners, heirs and personal representatives hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against Seneca Gaming Corporation.
- All benefits will be awarded in compliance with all SGA and SGO rules and regulations promulgated there under.
